Our History

In the summer of 2023 , we were faced with an unexpected surprise that would change the way we live, train, and recover. It all started when a family member told us about the benefits of nasal breathing while we sleep. As athletes who have competed nationally and internationally, we are always looking for ways to improve our performance and recovery, but we had never explored the impact of something as basic as breathing correctly.

We tried a number of solutions, from duct tape that fell off in the middle of the night to physical therapy tape that left our skin irritated and covered in glue residue. Nothing worked the way we wanted, but we knew we were close to discovering something transformative .

From that frustration and passion to improve, Be Hermetic was born: a product that would not only work for us, but for all athletes who, like us, are looking for something more to optimize their physical performance and recovery .
