WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To track your order, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Confirmation Email: Check your inbox for the order confirmation email. There you will find details about the shipping status and a tracking number if one has been provided.
  2. Use the Tracking Number: If you have a tracking number, go to the carrier's website indicated in the confirmation email (for example, DHL, Correos, UPS) and use that number to track your order in real time.
  3. Contact Customer Service: If you do not have the tracking number or if you are having trouble tracking your order, send an email to help@behermetic.com with the following information:

WHERE DO I FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER?

To find the tracking number for your order, follow these steps:

  1. Confirmation Email: Please review your order confirmation email. The tracking number is usually included in the confirmation email you receive once your order has shipped.
  2. User Account: If you have created an account in our online store, log in to your account and go to the Orders section. There, you will find the history of your orders and, for the corresponding order, the associated tracking number.
  3. Shipping Email: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your package.
  4. Customer Service: If you can't find the tracking number through the above methods, you can contact our customer service at help@behermetic.com . Please provide your order number and they will help you locate the tracking information.
